Monday: Its time to talk Christmas! The Annual Door Decorating Challenge is officially kicking off today. Our THEME this year is: HOLIDAY SPIRIT. With your class this week you will want to brainstorm ideas for decorating your door. What ideas do you have, what materials will you need? Please be reminded that you are not permitted to ask for Art Supplies from Mr. Lonstrup for this activity. There is paper in the teacher prep room that is available. We are also not limiting decorating to paper. If you want to use other materials, or lights, by all means, GO FOR IT! (Safety Concern: Please do not attach tripping hazards, or heat sources to any part of your door decoration) Do your own google searches and look for inspiration or check out the Door Decorating Page linked here! Check out the rubric below for judging criteria. Door needs to be completed by December 13th. Judging will take place December 16/17 and winner will be announced December 18th during the Extended Mentorship Assembly.
Top THREE Winning Mentorship classes will receive points for their house and the top Mentorship Class will receive an additional prize!
Tuesday: Christmas Joke of the Day: Why do Mummies like Christmas so much? Because of all the wrapping!
